We have great pleasure to welcome you to the 7th Transplant- Child Workshop and Hannover PAEDIATRIC Transplantation Day "Emerging problems in paediatric transplantation" This ´meeting illustrates the success of the European Reference Network TransplantChild and provides a unique platform for the international exchange of knowledge, experience, and innovation in a highly specialized and truly interdisciplinary field. For this meeting we aimed to focus on overarching topics in the fascinating spectrum of paediatric transplantation.
The programme has been a joint effort of our multidisciplinary team in Hannover together with input across the ERN. Collegial exchange, networking across borders and open and lively interaction will foster growing knowledge and expertise across Europe, ultimately, to further improve the care of children and adolescents following transplantation.
